Inside Sales Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented entry-level International Sales Assistant to join our team at Ruisen Special Steel, Inc. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team with daily operations, be responsible for product information maintenance, sales document management and data entry, etc, to support the overall sales process. This role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment with potential for personal and professional growth.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Product & Inventory Knowledge: Learn and stay current on product categories, specifications, and implementation standards. Monitor inventory levels and processing capabilities to provide accurate information to the sales team.
Market & Digital Content: Execute daily website updates for metal pricing. Research and publish weekly industry/product articles on the company’s website and social media channels.
Sales Operations & CRM Management: Support the team with administrative tasks such as preliminary cost calculations and the preparation of formal price quotations. Maintain the integrity of the sales pipeline by updating CRM records, including customer follow-up logs and sales activities.
Order & Logistics Coordination: Track the full order lifecycle—from contract processing and customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, etc) to shipment coordination and payment collection.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain the sales ledger in real-time and consolidate monthly/annual data to generate performance reports and organized archives.
Customer & Team Support: Serve as a communication bridge within the team to ensure smooth process flow and maintain client relationships through professional routine correspondence. Follow the work arrangements of the company and superiors and complete the assigned tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Native or professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of office experience, preferably in a sales support role.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations or business contracts is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail with a rigorous, proactive work attitude.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
