Business Development Representative – Digital Media / Real Estate Partnerships
Confidential Employer正在Chicago, IL / New York, NY招聘 Business Development Representative – Digital Media / Real Estate Partnerships（Hybrid 混合），薪资 $100 – $300 / hour · 时薪，OPT/CPT OK。
1. 负责开发本地 Residential / Commercial Buildings，寻找潜在合作机会
2. 通过 Cold Call、Email、LinkedIn、Networking 及线下拜访 等方式进行 Prospecting 和客户开发
3. 主动寻找并联系 Property Manager、Building Owner、Asset Manager、Management Company
4. 向潜在客户介绍公司的数字媒体解决方案及合作模式，并持续 Follow-up 推进合作
5. 独立建立并维护 Sales Pipeline，跟进不同阶段的客户机会
6. 根据负责区域制定自己的 Outreach Strategy，并持续开发新的 Building Opportunities
7. 与内部团队配合，推动意向客户从初步沟通进入签约及后续落地阶段。
1. 中英文沟通流利，能够进行专业的 Client-facing Communication
2. 不排斥 Cold Outreach、陌生客户开发及线下 Field Outreach
3. 具备较强的主动性、执行力和 Follow-up 意识，能够相对独立地推进客户开发
4. 能够接受以结果为导向的工作方式，并持续管理自己的 Pipeline
