HR Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, OSHA, etc.).
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and annual reviews.
Maintain and update employee handbooks, HR policies, and SOPs to align with U.S. legal standards.
Partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for corporate headquarters in China, requiring strong bilingual communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, energy, or tech industry.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder). We do not provide visa sponsorship.
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both verbal and written) is required for cross-border communication.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on-site at our South Carolina / North Carolina facility.
