Co‑operation model: 100% commission‑based remote collaboration, NOT full‑time employment. Freelancers are responsible for talent sourcing & recruitment.
What You Get

What We Provide

Your Responsibilities
Source and match qualified candidates
Conduct initial candidate screening: career motivation, salary expectation, legal work authorization in US/Canada
Submit candidate profiles, facilitate hand‑off and maintain strict confidentiality
End‑to‑end follow‑up for your referrals: from resume submission, interviews, onboarding through guarantee period
Preferred Qualifications
Prior recruitment / headhunting experience is a plus
Basic understanding of US & Canada employment rules and work authorization requirements
Bilingual in English‑Mandarin (Mandarin is a bonus, not required)
Comfortable with 100% commission‑only freelance cooperation model
