Talent Acquisition Partner
TEMU正在Remote招聘 Talent Acquisition Partner（Remote 远程），薪资 $100K – $200K / year · 年薪。
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company’s business development needs, and carry out specific recruitment activities to ensure the successful completion of recruitment tasks.
2. Conduct in-depth position analysis, drive recruitment progress, including but not limited to organizing and implementing specific recruitment matters: talent resume screening, recommendations, recruitment effectiveness evaluation, and process optimization.
3. Support other HR-related projects and tasks based on company development needs, report HR-related situations and issues to superiors in a timely manner, and provide improvement suggestions.
Required skills
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Recruitment experience required, preferably in the E-commerce industry, preferably with experience in the E-commerce industry. Familiar with various recruitment channels, recruitment processes, proficient in various interview methods and communication skills.
3. Understanding of local labor laws and company policies.
4. Proficiency in English and Mandarin .
5. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; proactive with good teamwork awareness and strong logical reasoning.
