Warehouse Supervisor
任职要求
* 大专及以上学历（College degree or above）；
* 3年以上仓库管理经验，有海外仓或物流行业经验优先；
* 熟悉Inbound / Outbound / Inventory流程；
* 具备良好的团队管理及现场协调能力；
* 具备较强责任心及问题解决能力；
* 熟悉Excel及仓库管理系统（WMS）；
* 有叉车证（Forklift Certification）优先；
* 中英文沟通能力良好者优先。
岗位职责
1.负责仓库日常运营管理，包括收货、出库、库存管理、一件代发及中转业务。
2.合理安排仓库人员工作，提高作业效率及现场管理水平。
2.监督仓库KPI，包括：
* 出库准确率
* 库存准确率
* 时效达成率
* 异常率
4.负责仓库现场安全管理及6S管理。
5.协调客户、司机及内部团队，确保货物及时交付。
6.处理仓库异常情况，包括货损、差异、延误及客户投诉等问题。
7.熟悉并使用WMS系统，确保库存及操作数据准确。
8.协助优化仓库流程，提升运营效率并降低成本。
