协助仓长管理仓库日常运营，组织收货、分拣及发运，协调人员排班、工作分配和培训；跟进作业效率、准确率及准点发运等KPI；处理现场异常，落实安全规范并推动流程与成本改善。
Assist the Hub Head with daily warehouse operations, receiving, sorting and outbound dispatch. Coordinate staffing, shifts, training and performance; monitor operational KPIs, resolve exceptions and improve safety, quality, productivity and cost.

必须有2年以上直接的仓库现场管理及带队经验；能用普通话和英语开展工作；熟悉仓储运营、人员管理、安全和KPI；能使用Excel及仓库管理系统，接受公司安排的班次。快递分拣、包裹物流或最后一公里相关经验优先。
Direct warehouse management and team leadership experience required. Working proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential for daily operational communication. Familiarity with warehouse workflows, safety, KPIs, Excel and WMS; availability for company-assigned shifts. Parcel sorting, logistics or last-mile experience preferred.
