- Develop and maintain overseas customer relationships.
- Nurture existing accounts and actively acquire new business opportunities.
- Own the full order process independently: inquiry reception, quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, follow-up and shipment.
- Well-versed in international trade Incoterms and various payment terms.
- Skilled in daily operations of B2B business platforms.
- Working knowledge of the biotechnology and life science industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end foreign trade procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in self-initiated customer development.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Resilient, capable of working under sales pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree or background in Biology / Life Science is a plus.
- Fluent English for smooth business communication, both written and spoken.
