1. Conduct SWOT analysis for the regional market, collect competitive intelligence, potential market size, current market share, and customer feedback.
2. Actively develop the assigned region, identifying new target customers and new sales opportunities.
3. Plan and organize sales activities such as demonstrations, seminars, etc., to identify customer needs and opportunities for order conversion.
4. Collaborate with the After-sales Service Department and Project Department to achieve customer satisfaction and assist in resolving after-sales issues.
5. Partner with the Finance Department to improve accounts receivable.
6. Establish, maintain, expand, and strengthen good relationships with customers.
7. Report timely and accurately, and continuously improve the competencies, personality, and behaviors required for the job.
8. Coordinate with domestic sales to advance key customer projects and gain customer approval.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in an engineering-related field.
2. Proficiency in Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; familiar with American culture.
3. Strong communication skills; experience in industrial product sales is preferred.
4. Excellent character and professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, and high adherence to principles.
5. Clear thinking, logical rigor, and the ability to express one's views and ideas accurately and effectively.
