质量工程师 / Quality Engineer

1、全程跟进美国项目产线质量工作，负责中美质量工程师、现场作业人员及美方客户之间的口语实时翻译；

Provide real-time interpretation throughout U.S. project production quality operations, facilitating communication among Chinese and U.S. quality engineers, on-site personnel, and U.S. clients.

2、负责质量相关报告、SOP、检验标准、客诉邮件等文件的中英互译；

Handle Chinese-English translation of quality-related reports, SOPs, inspection standards, customer complaint emails, and other materials.

3、编制电池片专业双语术语表，促进团队技术语言标准化；

Develop a bilingual glossary of PV cell technical terms to standardize technical communication within the team.

4、协助责任主管完成美方日常咨询回复、数据同步、异常问题传递及整改信息对接；

Assist the supervisor in responding to U.S. client inquiries, data synchronization, issue escalation, and corrective action follow-up.

5、深入生产现场，协助质量管控工作，确保流程符合标准；

Engage in production floor operations to assist quality control and ensure process compliance.

6、完成责任主管交办的其他相关工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

1、本科及以上学历，质量管理、工业工程、工程管理等相关专业优先；

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related fields.

2、中英双语流利，能够独立胜任全英文工作环境下的沟通、会议、培训及客户对接场景（此为本岗位必备技能）；

Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of independently handling communication, meetings, training, and client interactions in a fully English-speaking work environment (this is an essential job requirement).

3、此岗位接受有光伏、半导体、制造业工厂质量或海外项目对接经验者，也接受无相关经验者（公司将提供系统化培训）；

Both experienced candidates (with background in PV, semiconductor, manufacturing quality, or international project coordination) and entry-level candidates are welcome (systematic on-the-job training will be provided).

4、学习能力强，可快速适配国际化项目工作节奏；

Strong learning ability to quickly adapt to the pace of international project operations.

5、能够接受无尘车间作业环境，按要求穿戴无尘服、鞋帽等防护用品；

Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required protective gear (bunny suit, hood, shoes, etc.).
