Equipment Engineer设备工程师

1、负责所在部门技术文件、资料的中英文互译及归档管理。

Handle Chinese-English translation and archiving of departmental technical documents and materials.

2、负责现场工作交流、会议、培训等场景的口语翻译。

Provide interpretation support for on-site work communication, meetings, and training sessions.

3、组织并鼓励中美方员工开展基础语言学习，提升跨文化沟通效率。

Language Training Support: Organize and encourage basic language learning sessions for Chinese and U.S. employees to enhance cross-cultural communication.

4、协助工程师完成对美方员工的设备操作及安全培训。

Support engineers in conducting equipment operation and safety training for U.S. staff.

5、配合现场设备日常点检、保养及运维工作，确保设备稳定运行。

Assist with daily equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and on-site operational support to ensure stable performance.

6、完成责任主管交办的其他相关工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

1、本科及以上学历，机械、自动化、电气等相关专业优先；

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, or related fields.

2、中英双语流利，能够独立胜任全英文工作环境下的沟通、会议及培训场景（此为本岗位必备技能）；

Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of independently handling communication, meetings, and training in a fully English-speaking work environment (this is an essential job requirement).

3、对机械、设备、自动化有浓厚兴趣，愿意长期深耕技术领域；

Strong interest in machinery, equipment, and automation with a long-term commitment to technical development.

4、此岗位接受有光伏设备相关经验者，也接受无经验者（公司将提供系统化培训）；

Both experienced candidates (with PV equipment background) and entry-level candidates are welcome (systematic on-the-job training will be provided).

5、能够接受无尘车间作业环境，按要求穿戴无尘服、鞋帽等防护用品；

Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required protective gear (bunny suit, hood, shoes, etc.).

6、具备良好的沟通协调能力。

Strong communication and coordination skills.
