Air Freight Operations Supervisor

工作职责 / Responsibilities

1. 统筹美国区域进口业务的全流程操作，确保货物在美国端的合规流转与稳定交付。

Oversee the end-to-end import operations in the US region, ensuring compliant and stable cargo flow and delivery.

2. 为销售项目及重点客户提供标准化、可控的操作支持，保障服务品质。

Provide standardized and controllable operational support for sales projects and key clients, ensuring service quality.

3. 协调空运进出口业务中的陆运与航空环节衔接，确保运输方案连贯可行。

Coordinate trucking and air transport connections for air freight import/export operations, ensuring seamless and feasible transport solutions.

4. 制定并执行中国进口货物的美国端操作方案，包括卡车转运、转关协助、清关协调等。

Develop and execute US-side operational solutions for imports from China, including trucking, in-bond transfers, and customs clearance coordination.

5. 负责美国出口货物的卡车提货安排、运输方案沟通、供应商比价及调度，确保货物按时送达机场。

Manage truck pickup arrangements, transport coordination, vendor sourcing and scheduling for US exports, ensuring timely delivery to airports.

6. 对接国内操作团队、项目组及美国本地合作资源（货站、卡车公司、仓库等），确保信息同步与执行落地。

Collaborate with domestic operations teams, project groups, and local US partners (terminals, trucking companies, warehouses, etc.) to ensure information alignment and smooth execution.

7. 监控并处理操作异常与突发问题，主动预防风险，保障客户体验。

Monitor and resolve operational exceptions and urgent issues, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure a high level of customer experience.

8. 协助推进重点客户项目的操作执行。

Support the operational execution of key client projects.

9. 负责操作相关数据的整理与分析，支持流程优化与效率提升。

Organize and analyze operational data to support process optimization and efficiency improvement.

1. 物流、国际贸易等相关领域经验，3年以上货代空运操作经验，其中至少1年团队协调或项目管理经验。

Experience in logistics, international trade, or related fields; 3+ years of air freight operations experience in freight forwarding, including at least 1 year in team coordination or project management.

2. 熟悉美国进出口流程及合规要求（如TSA、CBP、FMC等），具备较强的资源协调与执行推动能力。

Familiar with US import/export procedures and compliance requirements (e.g., TSA, CBP, FMC), with strong resource coordination and execution capabilities.

3. 具备优秀的跨部门、多角色沟通协调能力。

Excellent cross-functional and multi-stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

4. 能够评估与整合美国本地卡车资源，根据时效与成本需求制定运输方案。

Able to evaluate and integrate local US trucking resources, and design transport solutions based on transit time and cost requirements.

5. 具备较强的风险预判与应急处理能力，能在高压环境下保持稳定工作状态。

Strong risk anticipation and emergency handling skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure.

6. 英语可作为工作语言。

English proficiency required as a working language.
