• ▸Manage daily logistics operations including cargo receipt, container unloading, sorting, palletizing, and warehouse dispatch
• ▸Allocate personnel and work tasks efficiently based on daily container volumes and in/outbound schedules to ensure operational timeliness and accuracy
• ▸Oversee the daily management, training, and on-site supervision of forklift operators and warehouse staff
• ▸Monitor and promptly address anomalies related to cargo quantities, labeling, palletizing, damage, and in/outbound processes
• ▸Track key operational metrics such as daily workload, labor efficiency, and accuracy to improve on-site performance
• ▸Coordinate with logistics clerks, dispatchers, and other departments to ensure timely cargo processing and shipment
• ▸Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, 5S practices, and operational procedures

• ▸At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• ▸Minimum of 1 year of team lead, supervisor, or team management experience
• ▸Familiarity with warehouse processes including receiving, unloading containers, palletizing, and shipping
• ▸Experience with FBA shipping and cross-docking operations is a plus
• ▸Prior experience at 3PL warehouses is preferred
• ▸Proficiency in basic computer skills and Excel operations
• ▸Fluent communication in both English and Chinese
• ▸Strong on-site management, execution, communication coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• ▸Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
