Job Title: Bilingual Mandarin Warehouse Coordinator

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23/hour

Location: New Jersey – On-site

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations.

Manage inbound receiving, outbound shipments, and inventory activities.

Follow up on orders, shipments, and transportation arrangements.

Coordinate work assignments and schedules for warehouse employees.

Resolve day-to-day warehouse and operational issues.

Perform computer data entry, Excel work, and document processing.

Process returns, inspect merchandise, and record returned goods into inventory.

Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies, customers, and internal teams.

Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records.

Follow established warehouse processes and safety procedures.

Perform other duties assigned by the department supervisor or management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills required, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking team members.

Previous experience in warehouse operations, 3PL, logistics, transportation, fulfillment, or order processing preferred.

Experience with inventory management or warehouse management systems is a plus.

Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Dependable, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Must be comfortable working in an on-site warehouse environment.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday + Sunday

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Work hours may be adjusted based on order volume and operational needs.
