HR Manager / 人力资源经理

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our growing team in Folsom, CA.

Responsibilities:

• ▸Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
• ▸Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with FEHA, Title VII, and

ADEA

• ▸Maintain employee records in accordance with CCPA data retention policies
• ▸Partner with leadership on performance management and compensation reviews

Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000 per year (pursuant to CA SB 1162)

Requirements:

• ▸3+ years of HR management experience
• ▸Knowledge of California employment law (FEHA, CCPA, SB 1162)
• ▸Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred due to the business necessity of communicating with Mandarin-speaking employees and

Chinese-speaking business partners

• ▸PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
